If two drives die, like you mentioned, you will lose the data on those two drives (I would suggest you come to the forums before giving up, you may be able to recover you data). If however, you cannot recover, you just replace the two drives and unRaid should do a parity recalculation based on the new drives. You do not have to copy all the data off and back.
