cannot access gui or samba shares remotely

Hi everyone hope you can help me sort my problem out. Currently running unraid 6.8.3 on a Dell R710. 

Every so often I will loose access to my server both gui and samba shares. I've tried to access both by name and I.P address and get an unable to connect message. i can ping the address without any problem. All Ethernet ports are bonded as bond0

I hope someone can shed some light. not sure of which log files you guys would need so attaching all of them

    Diags are just after rebooting so not much to see, try this.
