All Shares disappeared and Dockers Can No Longer See Full Share Path?

Featured Replies

Hi, had a weird one today where all my shares disappeared!

Just to note, these dockers have been running perfectly for well over a year with this configuration.

A reboot brought all the shares back but I have a problem now where my dockers cannot see the full paths of my shares?  It may be related to the shares disapppearing or it may not?

If I browse the share path in the docker templates (this has affected multiple dockers) I can see the full paths and everything is ok but from within the dockers I can only view part of the share?  I have removed the path in the template and re-added it, I have also reboot twice more.

example,

My share path is /mnt/disks/dedimountsftp/downloads/Downloads/tv-sonarr and the template can access this fine but from within the docker I can only see /mnt/disks/dedimountsftp/downloads

Any guidance greatly appreciated!

This is a screenshot of the template for sonarr

I have just noticed that if I create a new path in the template and point it to an unraid share it works, the problem appears to only be with my rclone mount, really strange! the path has worked for a very long time and is accessable via the path setup in the template, I wonder if the rclone plugin has updated and caused a problem somehow?

I can see the mount perfectly in the unraid console but also noticed I am no longer able to access this mount via my Windows machine any longer either? it is visable via the unraid server in Windows network but if I click it nothing happens, no error just nothing, I have always been able to access this.

I think in hindsight I should have posted this in the docker section? if applicable can a mod move it please?

This issue is driving me mad! it has worked for ages and works fine on my other unraid server, something has broke/corrupted somewhere?

Thank you

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I can view/access the mount through the console or any docker template but no docker can access this mount any more?

I have tried creating new dockers, adding the path to existing dockers but none of them can see this mount.

I have always done this so it is not something new,

dockers that have lost access to my rclone mount include

radarr, sonarr, krusader, emby, filezilla, all of them can no longer access?

I will take any input just in case it is something stupid! (most likely) 😄

ok, just to further update...

I have installed rclone beta on my other unraid server and copied & pasted the configs and user script to mount the rclone mount and all working perfectly!

Something has broken on my main server but really need some help to get everything working again please!
