Quick question: Changing USB stick

Featured Replies

i found the legendary sandisk cruzer usb 2.0 disk in some random local grocery.. and i would like to switch to it.

problem is, all the tutorials i found are outdated.. and the create usb media program never worked for me.

Can i just copy all the files from my registered usb to the new one and run the make bootable.bat and call it a day???

Should work, but if it doesn't create the new flash drive manually with the latest release then copy just the config folder form the old one.

This will work for creating the USB stick, but when you boot off it you will have to follow the procedure for transfering the licence to the new stick (which will result in the old one being black-listed)

Replaced.

After copying the file to the new stick, enter the email address and copy the new url from the email and everything works.

Thank you all.
