rmlint docker container now available

I recently made a docker container for rmlint for UnRaid. It is on Docker Hub so you can install it from CA if you have that option enabled but I'm not sure how often I will be using it or if will I have time to support it so I am not planning to submit it to CA any time soon. It as a webui as well. Consider it beta and with limited to no support.

    3. Adjust your preference.
