Hi there, question from a newbie

Hi everyone, I'm new to this whole world about VMs and UNRAID in general so I was hoping for a little help by some more experienced member!

I got a dual socket X79 motherboard with 2 E5-2660v2 (10c/20t) and 128GB of DDR3 ECC RAM that i want to use for VMs.

My project is to get 3 PCs out of it 2 with 6 cores, 12 threads and 32GB of RAM each and the third one with the remaining 8 cores 16 threads and 64GB of RAM.

I already have 3 256GB boot SSDs for OS, 3 1TB HDDs for storage (that would be games) and 3 GPUs (one for each PC) as video output, the only thing to do right now is to setup the whole VMs in order to get the job done.

So than, my questions are: am I doing something wrong so far? Do I need to do something else on order to get everything working properly? Is there any advice you can give me to get it done correctly?
