Out of Memory Errors + Performance slowdown

I recently have been having performance issues high utilisation of 3 Cores & 3 Threads dedicated to unraid, as well as a huge slowdown in the VM when moving files from my Windows VM to the array..

 

A few days ago received a "Out of Memory Error" from Fix Common Problems, so restarted the server yesterday, and now getting them again.

 

Not sure if both issues are linked, but certainly the later seems to be something its picking up on.

 

Attached diagnostics, and any help would be greatly appreciated!
