10GB network card advice

I'm thinking of buying a 10GB network card for my unRAID server to use between that and my MacBook Pro. I've never setup/used 10BG before, so hardly know anything about it.

 

For the MacBook Pro I could buy a Thunderbolt to 10GbE adapter with RJ45 connection (the SFP+ version is more expensive). So for the unRAID machine does that mean I have to buy a network card with RJ45 connection, or are there such things as a SFP+ to RJ45 cable or adapter?
