Docker container locks up server

I'm using a docker container [shinobi by space invader]. It seems to be that the configuration in the docker causes the server to lockup. CPU usage in the "Main" tab is at 100%, while HTOP in an ssh session of the unraid server says everything is fine. RAM usage also skyrockets to 100%, and forces me to reboot the server.

    One of the VM's caused the system to kill off processes, with unpredictable results.  (They are currently the biggest users of the CPU and memory).  The main problem is that the load average is skyhigh which is killing all responsiveness to eveything.
