Hi guys,

 

I'm kinda new to using unraid and am building a NAS currently.

I got my hands on a 2nd hand LSI 9217-8i and it seems to be working when i plugged it in but would like to test it before dedicating it to my system long term.

 

So yeah, looking for recommendations for testing HBA cards within unraid before using them long term.

for me, my current plan is to run read-check for each of the port for the LSI card. Not too sure if there are other tests that i should do/run.

 

sorry ahead if this topic is raised before as i was not able to find this info specifically.
