as the mover tuning plugins has been removed, is there any way to disable mover scheduling, I don't want to run Mover only based on schedule

Edit /config/share.cfg on the flash drive.  Change the line similar to this

shareMoverSchedule="50 23 * * *"

to instead be

shareMoverSchedule="#50 23 * * *"

and then from a command prompt,

update_cron

 

But, it is possible that changes to the global share settings, and anything else on the Scheduler page may reset that value (same limitation as the plugin)

That setting won't let you disable it.
