Windows VM Missing

Recommended Posts

I know that there are lots of topics about this but nothing sems to be quite the problem I have.

Yesterday I powered off my machine to do it's semi annual cleaning of dirt/dust.

I rebooted as normal and all came up. Docker images were there and all 3 VM's with the exception of my Windows 10.

Looked at logs and such and see nothing obvious. I do have a libvirt.img backup as well as a 20200809_0300_001 Windows 10.xml, 20200809_0300_9d6f8444-49e2-14d5-a45c-0a03525f2a39_VARS-pure-efi. and 20200809_0300_vdisk1.img

I have never had to reinstall a vm.

Would it be possible for someone to give me a somewhat detailed step by step to get this running again.

I have attempted to follow the discussions on line and on reddit but there has to be a step or two missing that may be obvious to a much more experienced user.

Many thanks for anyone who can help.
