replacement disk re-build issue

Hi guys. I am trying to install a replacement disk 4, however, i am having issues in errors being thrown up on the parity drive when doing so, to the point where the gui becomes unavailable. Worst case scenario is that I can afford to lose the media on this drive if need be as there wasn't a great deal on there. 

 

Would appreciate any help on this, thanks

    Diags are just after rebooting so not much to see.

    Ok, I'll start it up again and try and capture diagnostics once the errors appear
