Does the RX series GPUs still have issues with GPU Passthrough?

Hi!

I'm looking for a new card to replace mx HD7770. I have found an RX 570 (ASUS ROG Strix 4GB) which has a nice price tag. I have heard that RX cards have issues with GPU passthrough. Freezes, restart issues.

Are they still exist or can I go for the RX card?
