BTRFS error unmountable

Featured Replies

Hi, i have 1 1tb ssd as 2nd array pool and after restarting it shows error and unmountable need to format

i have a spare 500gb ssd to replace it, and the 1tb drive is on the unassigned device but can't mount it

can i at least mount the 1tb ssd somewhere else just to get the data?

You can try cloning the device first with ddrescue, though it usually works better with spinners, there are also some recovery options here but they are not much likely to work on failing devices.
