August 18, 20205 yr Hello all. I I have a HP Z820 Server running Unraid with no issues other than it draws a lot of power and generates a lot of heat. I decided to try to build a low power consumption machine as I only really use it for Plex, Sonarr and Deluge. I purchased a new old stock Dell T20 Server with Zeon E3-1225 V3 processor with 4 cpus, 20 GB of memory and 2 8TB drives & 1 4TB drive. I installed Unraid and Plex and it is extremely slow. It takes 5-10 minutes to start and stop the array. Takes just as long to start a docker. The hard drives seem to always be running and the total CPU is always running 50%-75% of use. For comparison, my Z820 rarely exceeds 5% CPU usage. I have attached a copy on my latest log file.syslog(3)I see some timeout errors in communicating with my desktop PC. Not sure if that is related to the slowness of the server. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated
