One of my drive gets disabled.

I noticed slowdown while accessing nas. When I check in dashboard, one of my drive gets disabled.

I cant check the smart status as it was not spun.

I have attached diagnostics. Please advise. Thank you.

Check connections then post new diagnostics.

How do you check connection? Physical connection of HDD? Check HDD cable? I can see its connected, but how do I verify the connection is okay? Do I need to restart the server and check the status? Or shut down, disconnect and reconnect hdd, reboot and check status?

Sorry, but Im not sure what I need to do.

I have restarted and its still disabled. Should I enabled it?
