Transmission speed is only 40MB/s from ubuntu 16.04 to unRAID by samba while 113 MB/s from windows 10 to unraid.

Why? Is there any method to optimize it?

    Don't have a direct answer but I would like to suggest that you google     ubuntu 16.04 smb slow transfer   as you are apparently not alone.  (Once you enter this search string there will also be some other suggested search strings...)
