(SOLVED) Unable to mount NTFS USB Drive to UnRaid

Featured Replies

I have trying to mount an NTFS USB External drive with all my media onto UnRaid, so I can put it into "production".  However I am having issues getting this NTFS drive mounted.

I followed the wiki here to install the ntfs-3g driver. I installed the package and try to mount the drive, but it does never mounts. No error messages in the logs, nor does it return any error. I also never see it get mounted.

Is there another way to do this? I am running UnRaid 6.8.3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Undo whatever you've done by downloading and setting the package to install.

Install the Unassigned Devices Plugin, along with it's companion Unassigned Devices Plus and be done with it.  You'll manage everything via Main, Unassigned Devices

With a little Google-fu, I got the plugin installed successfully. I'm not transferring files from the USB to my UnRaid share. Cant wait to put her through the paces.

Thank you for your help!

Not sure what you meant by Google-fu, but if you dont already have it you should install community applications which makes everything a breeze
