If i get USB not readable or damaged, can i still transfer my licence to another stick?

Yes, from the wiki:

Simply install Unraid to a new flash drive using the normal process and then either 'Install' your old key file, or equivalently, copy it to the 'config' directory on your USB flash device. The server will then notice a GUID mismatch and offer a Replace Key button the Tools/Registration page

Yes, but if you want to avoid having to reconfigure things then you need a backup of the old stick.  This is easily obtained by slicking on the flash device on the Main tab and selecting the option to download a backup as a zip file.
