August 27, 20205 yr Hi unRAID people, I am new to unRAID, just setting up my arrey. After preclearing my first disk Preclear Disk reports the following. Looks like everything is fine with the disk, but what's with the last part about the Input/output error? Why can't it create a directory? Is there an issue with permissions and if yes, why? August 27, 20205 yr Community Expert /boot is your flash drive. Sounds like you may have a problem with flash. Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics ZIP file to your NEXT post in this thread.
August 27, 20205 yr Author Thank you for answering. I just encountert another error related to this post which means you are probably right. I'll spare me the troubleshooting in this case and just go for another newer and better USB stick.
