Connecting 2 ISP over 2 NIC into 1 connection for VM

Hello,

 

I have x570 board with 2 NIC & Windows VM running in Unraid,

 

I want to connect my 2 ISP onto one.

 

1 is 100mbps & other is 200mbps. Want to combine them to 300mbps and use it as redundant.

 

Is there anyway to do this?
