guys. im really a noob at this stuff. so im trying to install untangle on unraid. 

 

Biggest issue i have is the grub loader but figuring that out. 

 

I have 2 dual 1gb nics installed and the server board has 2 onboard. How do i get it forced to have them on/ live as untangle will be my router.

    Easiest way is to pull them out / disable within the BIOS.  

     

    Or you can "stub" them within Unraid itself on 6.9.0-beta25+ to prevent Unraid from using them.  (For 6.8, install the VFIO plugin to accomplish this)

    thanks for the help.

     

    now im perplexed. i have a 500mbps up and down fibre line. i get 500mbps down. but im locked to 100mbps upload. 

     

    both nics are running at 1gbs
