How Set time zone to GMT

Hello,

 

I have tried to find this in the forums using various search parameters but do not seem to find one that will help me. My time zone is currently [timeZone] => America/Los_Angeles but I need this to be GMT as I am in the UK. I have looked on various tabs incluiding the time tab but it only shows UT time zones. 

 

I suspect its in a config file somewhere but I have no idea what one and how to change. I was wondering if any one is able to help with this so I can set the time correctly to GMT. I have NTP setup to goto google.

    You can't just set it to be UTC +00.00 (Dublin / Edinburgh / London)?

    Ok Thank you I have now set it to that. I swear I could not see that when I looked in the dropdown :)
