Cache drive bad? Can't copy files over to it, have to turn off cache to work.

Is there a way I can reformat the drive without taking it out? It says it can't copy any files to the drive. It's also the only drive without any degrees showing (it shows 0 degrees).

 

I think it might be locked or something. I tried reboot, but it's not working. I have to disable the cache drive to copy files over.

 

What should I Do?
