bind port already used issue

Hello all:

 

I am trying to install a pihole-template docker with ports 53 (TCP/UDP) and 67 (UDP).

 

If I look into the port allocations, 53 and 67 are not used in other dockers.

 

When I try to use the ports 53 and 67 in bridge mode like below:

 

I get error:

 

But if I change the ports to 533 and 677, it works but DNS port needs to be 53 to send DNS query from clients. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Can someone help me please?
