Unraid web interface lost

Featured Replies

Hello,

So i was fighting a little with my eth0 and eth1 since i wanted to connect my second NIC.

So i connected my 2nd one and gave it a new ip address everything worked fine.

However my unraid interface then switched to the 'new' ip address without my approval. Well, still fine whats the big deal.

Later I disconnected my 2nd NIC again, but the interface over the 'new' ip address was still accessible? Also my old ip address was still pingable and connectable (over ssh). I disabled bridging and everything and as expected nothing changed.

Now I got stupid, I went in unraid to eth1 and removed the IP address. So now I am here.

I have no interface from unraid. My server is still accesible from ssh from my original ip address. But for some magical reason going to that ip address on the web leads me nowhere.

I tried to add the eth1 back over /boot/config/networking but without any success. The only thing i have now is SSH. Any idea how to get the web interface to communicate back to me on my eth0 ip address?

Delete/rename network.cfg and network-rules.cfg on the flash drive (both on the config folder) and reboot, that will revert LAN settings to default, then just reconfig.
