I've done this before with Coboc EA-U3Y-8-BK USB3.0 20-pin Motherboard header to 2 ports Type A Female Adapter Converter Y cable newegg they don't sell it anymore. But there is this one $9 newegg Here's a four pin usb 2.0 cable also Startek $6 newegg Just wanted to put this cable on folks' radar.
