how many drives can I jam into the Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2?

Internal 3.5in bays: 12 (4x included, also supports 2.5in drives)

Internal 2.5in bay: 11 (11x included)

The picture of the case makes me think I can mount four 5.25 drive cages in the front Rosewill cage newegg, although that specifically wants 5.25in bays: which the Enthoo Pro 2 says it has zero of... ?

any ideas? thanks!

I could just go with a whole different enclosure. I'm not picky. Just needs to be available 9/2020! And needs to hold 7 3.5in drives and an m.2 drive.

Hi,

I've been looking at this case as well.

As I understand the 8 of the 3.5 drives overlap with the 2.5 drives.

The 2.5 drives are installed on/in covers which need to be removed to install the 4 vertical 3.5 cages.

The case is not designed to install the Rosewill cages in, there is one 5.25 slot at the top but I think that's just for a fan panel or similar.

You may be able to make something work with a dremel.

No sensibly priced case I'm aware of has a stack of 5.25 bays sadly

Forgot this one, not so sensibly priced and a nauseating amount of RGB but it has the holy grail of 12 x 5.25 bays.
