nginx out of shared memory error

hey guys im getting a ton of out of shared memory errors. i think it might have something to do with my home assistant and hassio_superviosor dockers. only reason i say that is because my server ran flawlessly until i started using them. 

 

basically what happens is everything works fine for a couple days then my automations stop working because the hassio docker shuts down. and then my log looks like this. i restart the server and all is good for a couple days again. hopefully someone could point me in the right direction i dont even know where to start lol. 

 

ill attach my system log and diagnostics file.
