xannax
Im fairly new to virtualization and hardware pass through, but ive gotten it working on my system in ubuntu. Im slowly starting to realise how nice it would be to have an easier way to manage and create vm's for a tinkerer server im going to be building soon. Currently, i have only windows installed on my vm machine with the host os, ubuntu, hosting a server for a game I play with friends. Im planning on making more VM's to manage a security camera system along with a NAS. Would it be worth it to use unraid to manage all of these VM's? or should i save my 60$ and stick to ubuntu? trurl
Free trial. Great forum. Unraid is already a NAS, of course, that hosts VMs and dockers. Some of the things you want to do may not even require a VM, there are currently 879 dockers and plugins listed on the Unraid Apps page. Quote Link to comment
