Unusual CPU usage after installing and removing Dynamix Cache Directories

Yesterday I messed around with Dynamix Cache Directories, but it did not do what I wanted and caused my CPU usage to go up by 30% (even after several hours of supposed cache building).
So I uninstalled it, but the CPU usage doesn't go back to the usual 1-2% idle any more, it's now 20-25% at idle.
How can I find out if it really was Cache Dirs that was using all the CPU?
The process is just called shfs, which is the general process for filesystem usage if I'm correct.
This also happens when I shutdown all my docker containers and I haven't altered my plugins in a few months(before yesterday with Cache Directories).
When I stop my array it the normal 0-1% load.
