Hey all so with the recent PIA issues that have been reported I have disabled the vpn in binhex-delugevpn docker. But my speeds are sooo slow. Port forwarding is still enabled. I know that disabling the port forwarding would slow things down but it is enabled.  I am not sure why it is sooo slow all of a sudden. I am not sure what logs to post in order to help you all help me.

You say you have disabled the vpn and that port forwarding is still enabled. Have you opened up a port in your router? If not then port forwarding is NOT enabled. If you're not using a the vpn you have to open up a port yourself. When using the vpn you open up a port on the vpn server (done automatically for PIA when using vpn), and since it's all happening on the vpn server you don't need to open up a port on your router.
