September 13, 20205 yr Hey, im looking for a way to enable the windows "previous versions" feature on Unraid. Since Unraid supports btrfs and btrfs seems to support the "previous versions" feature, shouldnt it be possible to enable it somehow?

September 14, 20205 yr Community Expert Don't forget that Unraid uses independent filesystem for each device, so if you want to do that to a share that spans multiple disks you have to snapshot all disks, not the share.
September 16, 20205 yr Author Hey @johnnie.black, thanks for your fast reply. As far as i can tell this does only create a snapshot at a specific time. I'm looking for a solution that creats a snapshot as soon as a file gets updated. Isn't that possible?
