Limit to remote Windows 10 resolution?

I am remotely connected to my WIndows 10 VM using Chrome Remote Desktop and the highest resolution listed in Window's settings is 2560 x 1600.   Is that the limit?   Is there a way to connect matching my laptop's resolution of 3200 x 1800?  Who is setting that limit?  Windows or the Remote Desktop software?
