September 16, 20205 yr Hi all, I've just upgraded from an old Xeon server to a Ryzen 7. I tried to do as much research as I could before the upgrade, and found that as long as I reconnect all the HDD in the same configuration, then it'll be a simple process. Indeed it is. My data drives are working fine, and so are the dockers. The issues I'm having is with the VMs. I didn't turn on SVM in BIOs (I was looking for AMD-V or something like that, following the wiki page...) Anyways, when I tried to run the VM, i got an error message: Then VMs disappeared... Having realized it was the SVM setting, the error message is gone. But is there any way to get those VMs back? in their original form?

September 16, 20205 yr Author before the VM disappeared from the list. its ok. I figured it out... to create a new VM, and manually link back to the vdisk file of the old VM. All good, problem solved. Quite surprised at how smooth the upgrade was. Good job Unraid
