Parity/ Preclear, system freezes

Hi Everyone,

 

I have been having issues ever since I moved to the new house. I tried new cables as well, but the system still freezes every time I run a parity check because it is showing 2 disks are disabled randomly. I then decided to run a Pre-clear on the disk, and the issue stays the same -- system freezes, and need a force restart. I have attached the syslog to this thread, and hopefully we can pin point the problems! Many thanks!

    Syslog is after rebooting, so not much to see, try this and attach that one after it freezes, also attach complete diagnostics (even if after rebooting).
