C7 Interface CRC error count

i just pulled this 2017 3tb drive from a desktop and checked the smart status thinking i can throw this in unraid. would this be safe?  asking because with a different desktop, the c7 error count stopped adding after replacing a sata cable and a sata storage controller but dont know how unraid would react with this.

    CRC is a connection problem, as long as it doesn't keep increasing issue is resolved.
