Hi guys, I have a question, when I added a new data drive to the data disk, will it automaticlly move the files from exsisted array disks which is full? my data disk 1 and 2 is almost 95% used, so do i need to manually move or it will move automatically? Thank you.

No.

 

Unraid never automatically moves files between array drives. This always has to be done manually if you want it to happen.

If the disks are formatted with XFS, just leave them alone.  Moving files between disks is a bit of a minefield that can result in data loss. 

 

 

EDIT: Plus, it takes a lot of time to move any meaningful quantity of data.
