Can't boot into GUI with second GPU installed

I just installed a second GPU into my server so I can use it for a VM. When I install the GPU, I cannot access the Unraid web GUI. As soon as I take out the GPU, I can access the GUI using using my other GPU. Installing the second GPU and selecting Unraid OS Gui mode will just keep cycling until I remove the second GPU.

    HI I can second this, except. it only boots up ervey now and than. once I got my 2nd gpu to be passed through to my win10 vm (gtx 1050TI (GV-N105TD5-4GD) on a x8sil-f). but now the server doesnot want to boot properly anymore... (m on unraid 6.9.0-rc2)..
