Mac OSX Catalina Time Machine Error

Not sure when this error started but I am not longer able to perform a Time Machine backup to unraid. This is the error that I am seeing in the Time Machine window. 

 

"Two of the disks to back up have the same name. Rename one of the disks named 'Macintosh HD'."

 

When doing my research I am seeing that the two disks that Catalina created are in fact necessary so its not like I can delete one and see if that fixes the issue. Has anyone run into this error and been able to resolve it. Today I deleted my current time machine share and started a fresh one following SpaceinvaderOne's youtube video and I still got the same error.
