Seagate not recognized

When I add a seagate disk to the system it is not recognized. It appeared shortly in the beginning, only to disappear quick after. Its a 6tb iron wolf.

WD have no problem.though, and are immediately recognized.

 

What might be the cause for this?

 

 

Edit: given the drive was shortly identified im reuploading diagnostics
