unraid 故障 docker消失 u盘出现天量读写

main界面 显示u盘读写都在几千亿，docker打不开，点击flash进去，现实Syslinux Configuration有问题，点settings里面的docker，显示appdata路径不存在。但是挂载的硬盘都好着。请问这是什么问题

    我用右上角插件的重启了一下,开机后 我的 docker 和 虚拟机 都没了

    数据都还在,也没看见什么异常不知道为什么,也不知道怎么才能恢复

    求解决方案
