Drive Errors need help

I log into my unraid box today and got 32 errors notification of one of my drives granted its a over 5 years old so not bad imho and I am going to replace the drive anyway however how bad is this drive?

 

Last SMART test result:

Completed without error

SMART looks OK to me. Probably something else is the cause of those errors. Bad connections are more common than bad drives.

 

Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics ZIP file to your NEXT post in this thread.

You should also run an extended SMART test, since there are recent UNC @ LBA errors.

ran test came back with Completed without error so what now?

Give it another chance but anymore errors recommend replacing.

gonna replace anyway 1 error is enough to replace a drive imho might be over kill but just like to learn what is wrong with it so i know for next time

EDIT: from the logs before can you see what is wrong with the drive by the errors?

I can only see that they are logged as "medium errors", aka bad sectors, but these can sometimes be intermittent.
