Can't flash my H310 to IT Mode - No SLI SAS adapters found

I am trying to flash my H310 into IT mode. I have followed this guide  https://sanderh.dev/flashing-your-Dell-Perc-to-IT-firmware/. I was able to execute MegaRec commands, but then I could not flash the new firmware. I tried three different UEFI based systems and I always get the error message "No SLI SAS adapters found". It seems that nobody has problems if they have a non UEFI based system. I have also tried different sas2flash.efi files, but it did not help. 

 

When I try to flash under DOS, I get the error message "ERROR: PAL initialization failed. Program is terminated."

 

Has anyone an idea how to flash this card?
