Can I start Docker & VMs whilst mover is running after adding cache drive?

Evening, 

 

I've just followed the procedure for replacing a cache drive from the UnRAID Manual. This is to add an additional cache drive using RAID1 on the btrfs file system. 

 

I'm currently on Step 12 (https://wiki.unraid.net/Replace_A_Cache_Drive) but the mover has grinded to a halt, presumably due to the Plex metadata and the millions of tiny files. 

 

Am I OK to start back up the Docker & VMs service whilst the mover process hasn't finished yet?

 

I have tried searching around the forum and Reddit but unfortunately not found anything.
