CPU Spike and unresponsive Docker Containers

For the last three days my system feels like it's locking up at the same time each morning - docker page refuses to load, Krusader hangs, CPU spike to 36% but no apparent tasks running. I can't do anything with my files. I can't even reboot from the main page without forcing a manual shut down. 

 

Diagnostics posted, any clues?

    In case it helps anyone else, it's likely that the mover was still running when I had these issues (I had ~500GB of data moved) 

     

    After changing the mover time from 03:40 to 02:00 I've not noticed the slowdown.  I'm not sure where to look in the diagnostics to confirm this
