CPU Pinning causes Docker Apps to disappear.

Hi,

I found that some dockers didn't have any cpu's assigned, so I added threads to them.

After a short wait the docker apps disappeared. I now regret making the decision.
How can I reverse this? The dockers do not appear in the cpu pinning as under docker tab.

PS, not all of them vanished. And yes, I rebooted the server (Windows minded action).
