Emby transcoding with HW ACC, stutters like hell

Hi, 

I'm running emby on a unraid box with a i5 9600K, i have HW acc enabled, and it shows that its finding VAAPI devices. 

But when i try to play a h265 movie and it tries to transcodes it, it just stutters. My CPU does hardly get any load, but it shows that it only manages to transcode 11FPS. 

 

I've tried to move the transcode folder to a cache drive, and it makes no difference. 

 

The CPU should have full support for h265 transcoding, anybody with any good ideas why this might happend, or do have any tips on how i might be able to sort it out?

    Just tried with plex, and there it seems to be working just fine :(  damn emby
