Nothing obviously wrong.

Don't see what adding a parity disk could have to do with missing files, unless you used one of your data disks as parity.

Looks like disks 2 and 3 have little if any data. Did you possibly reformat them after they had data?

Anything you can tell us about anything else you did on the server?

I dont do anything on the server. the Media folder on disk1 and it missed 102 folder files (totals 252 folder files before replace parity disk and  it is 150 folder files now)when parity check is finished.

Parity sync will only read the data disks, it can't be the reason for any missing files.

Are you sure you didn't accidentally move the files?

Any chance you ran a cleanup during this process?

ca.cleanup.appdata.plg - 2020.10.21

If you've severely misconfigured a docker container, and blindly clicked through the warnings on the plugin, this is a possibility.

Also, I don't particularly recommend running this

Oct 23 21:33:49 Tower root: unRaid Chinese Pakage
Oct 23 21:33:49 Tower root: urchs.682 安装完成.

Best way to support Chinese is to upgrade the OS to 6.9

I assume any files you are missing were on the disk3 you removed.

There is no file on the disk3 before I removed it.

Maybe it cause of some media docker like jellyfin?. because it's only missed some media files (not all)under those docker.

Disk1 does show less data now than before, but that will have nothing to do with parity and stock Unraid behavior, something/someone else is deleting your data.

I think so ,but I dont know which application deleted those files and how to find logs?

those files is missed during parity checking, so i think maybe it's because of some system configure ?
